Information this site collects

Meadow Journal Co does not operate user accounts, advertising trackers, or analytics that identify individuals. The site does not run a backend that stores submissions.

The contact form

The contact form on the home page is frontend-only. When submitted, it is processed entirely within your browser to display a confirmation message; the information you enter is not sent to or stored on a server by this site. Because nothing is transmitted, no message is actually delivered to an inbox through the form itself.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for a single purpose: to remember whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice, so the notice is not shown repeatedly. You can clear this preference at any time through your browser settings.

Third-party resources

Pages load a web font from Google Fonts and display images hosted on Wikimedia Commons. When your browser requests these files, the respective providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address, as is normal for any externally hosted resource. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.
